b)      Die Bebauungsplanverfahren zu den B-Plan-Verfahren 129, 129 A, B und C - Norderstedt - werden eingestellt.

Die Planungsziele für diesen Bereich haben sich durch neuere Entwicklungen, wie den Bau der K 113, die rechtswirksame 45. FNP-Änderung sowie den beschlossenen „Städtebaulichen Rahmenplan Friedrichsgabe Nord“, geändert bzw. modifiziert.
Das Entwicklungskonzept für den Bereich Friedrichsgabe Nord erfordert zudem veränderte Planzuschnitte.

Auf Grund des § 22 GO waren keine Stadtvertreter von der Beratung und Beschlussfassung ausgeschlossen.
